Ryan's journey began in his teenage years, working for a siding and roofing company before transitioning to become an operating engineer. However, seeking a safer and more family-centric work environment, he ventured into project management for a roofing company in St. Louis. It was here that he honed his skills and decided to establish Meridian Contracting in 2018.

We're not your typical roofing company. As a small family-owned business, we prioritize quality over quantity. We don’t have a large building, dozens of wrapped vehicles, and multiple salesmen.
